频度副词表示动作发生的频率，从高到低依次为 always > usually > often > sometimes > seldom > never。

- always 总是（100%），usually 通常（90%），often 经常（70%），sometimes 有时（50%），seldom 很少（20%），never 从不（0%）。
- 位置：be 动词/情态动词之后，实义动词之前：He is always kind to us. / He often goes fishing on Sundays.
- sometimes 也可放在句首、句末：Sometimes I watch TV. / I watch TV sometimes.
- 对频度副词提问用 How often：—How often do you exercise? —Twice a week.
