本专题整理自《中考英语状元笔记》易混淆词组解析。

一、动词易混词

say / speak / talk / tell：say 说内容（say sth. to sb.）；speak 说语言/发言（speak English）；talk 交谈（talk with/to sb.）；tell 告诉/讲故事（tell sb. sth., tell a lie）。

bring / take / carry / fetch：bring 带来（由远及近）；take 带走（由近及远）；carry 搬运（无方向）；fetch 去取来（往返）。

hope / wish：hope to do / hope that（可实现）；wish sb. to do / wish sb. + n.（祝愿，wish 后可接宾补，hope 不可以）。

beat / win：beat+人/队（打败某人）；win+比赛/奖品（win the game）。

二、形容词/副词易混词

a few / few（可数）与 a little / little（不可数）：a few/a little 肯定，few/little 否定。some time / sometime / sometimes / some times：some time 一段时间；sometime 某时；sometimes 有时；some times 几次。hard / hardly：hard 努力地/硬的；hardly 几乎不（否定词）。too much / much too：too much+不可数名词；much too+形容词。maybe / may be：maybe 副词“也许”（句首）；may be 情态动词+be。

三、其他易混词

between / among：between 两者之间，among 三者以上之中。in / after（表将来时间）：in+时间段（用于将来时），after+时间段（用于过去时）。a number of / the number of：a number of 许多（后接复数，谓语复数）；the number of …的数量（谓语单数）。thanks for / thanks to：thanks for 因…感谢；thanks to 幸亏、由于。be used to do / be used to doing / used to do：be used to do 被用来做；be used to doing 习惯于做；used to do 过去常常。
