本专题整理自《中考英语状元笔记》词类总结笔记。

一、名词的数

可数名词：单复数变化。规则：一般加 -s（book→books）；以 s/x/ch/sh 结尾加 -es（box→boxes）；辅音字母+y 变 y 为 i 加 -es（city→cities）；f/fe 变 f 为 v 加 -es（knife→knives）；o 结尾：hero/tomato/potato 加 -es，photo/piano 加 -s。不规则：man→men，woman→women，child→children，foot→feet，tooth→teeth，mouse→mice，sheep→sheep，deer→deer。

不可数名词：无复数（water, rice, bread, advice, information），表示数量用 a piece of 等量词。

二、名词所有格

有生命：名词+'s（Tom's book，以 s 结尾加 '，如 Teachers' Day）；无生命：of 结构（the door of the room）；双重所有格：a friend of my father's。

三、冠词

不定冠词 a/an：泛指“一个”，a 用于辅音音素前（a book, a university），an 用于元音音素前（an apple, an hour, an honest boy）。

定冠词 the：特指；指双方都知道的人或物；世界上独一无二的事物前（the sun, the moon）；乐器前（play the piano）；序数词和最高级前（the first, the best）；江河湖海山脉前。

零冠词：三餐前（have lunch）、球类运动前（play football）、学科前（study English）、by+交通工具（by bus）、季节月份星期前。
